Do not use on areas that are swollen, inflamed or have skin lacerations.  Stop using the massager if you experience pain or discomfort.  Do not submerge in water.  Do not use while bathing or in the shower.

Using freestyle:  Music Mode:  Rotate end cap to music note mode.  Connect iPod & earbuds to transmitter and select desired listening volume on iPod/Mp3 player.  Turn on transmitter using dial. Adjust dial to manage massager's sensitivity/intensity to music.  Find the sweet spot where music & massage come together.  Manual Program Mode:  Rotate end cap to 7 mode.  Use the + - to explore 7 programmed patterns.  Travel & Storage Mode:  When not use, rotate end to "black square" mode which will completely deactivate massager.  Best for travel and storage.  Turn dial to off position.  Charging Freestyle:  Simply plug the charger, provided with the Freestyle, into the wall socket. Connect the other end of the charger into the changing socket on the end of Freestyle.  The LED on Freestyle will blink indicating connection to charger.  Please be sure that the messager is completely dry before charging.  The charger LED will emit a steady red glow to indicate that Freestyle is charging.  When it is fully changed (after = 2 hours), the LED will emit a steady green light.  Please disconnect Freestyle after charging is complete.  Note:  Do not charge Freestyle for more then 24 hours.  Care & Cleaning:  Freestyle is splash proof only.  When cleaning, avoid submerging in water and getting any water into the charging socket.  Cleaning after every use with mild soap and water.  Dry throughly.  Store in the custom designed case to keep Freestyle clean and safe until next use.
