wow, I must say I was skeptical at first, but after going thru one jar, took about a month. I began using it on my feet at night while I sleep, my elbows, ankles and knees. Now my container lasts about 3 weeks and for the price it can't be beat.

I did not think anything could help my very, very cracked fingers. Alway splitting and Bleeding, Hanging chads get caught in everything. Not anymore. In a couple days you notice a difference. In about 2 weeks. All better.

I used this on my split hands and heels and with just one application at night I awoke to both areas being completely healed! I was amazed! I don't remember ever having a product that worked so quickly, not even a physicians prescription.
I just bought it for my mom for Easter. Everyone should own it just because it works.

I have horrible skin and have used everything. This is the only product I've found that isn't greasy and actually works. It doesn't have a strong smell. It feels great. I've even given it to friends with cracked skin. While it may sound minimal, I like the container too. With a grippy lid, it's easy to open and close after applying this product to you hands.

I use this after I handwash delicate things. I also use it on my hands and feet at night before going to bed. I only need a little bit and when I wake up my hands and feet are very soft and stay that way throughout the day. My cuticles have also improved with this product.

This is the only hand cream I've found that actually really treats chapped and 'split' hands and fingers. It has a heavy-duty effect, yet it goes on smoothly, gently, & softly, (doesn't burn at all or anything like that), & seems to start working right away! It's a little crumbly, so it takes a little longer to put on / rub in, but it's definitely worth it! It works so well that you don't need to use it daily, like you would a regular hand lotion. For my 'regular hand lotion' I use the Atopalm Intensive Moisturizing Cream, which is the best I've found next to the 'O'Keeffe's...working-hands...creme'. Between these two, I only get chapped and 'split' hands and fingers pretty infrequently now! - which is amazing, because it's been years that I've been looking for some solution to this problem!
