After many many body washes, the Oil of Olay with butter ribbons is my favorite. It has that hard-to-define feel-good factor with a very pleasant but not overly strong or flowery aroma, none of that too-storng perfume thing that others have. But it gets my really clean and leaves a smoothness that I really like. Luxury in a bottle, but not overpriced.
It's purple, but it's not a lavender scent (thank goodness, I don't like lavender scents).

I have extremely dry skin and my husband has eczema. We've tried everything under the sun, no matter what the cost and neither of us would ever get any releif. After just a couple of showers with this, this particlular body butter, we found what we needed. The other Olay Ribbons don't do the job, only the body butter ribbons in this purple bottle. My husbands eczema has finally gotten under control and my skin is as soft and moisterized as a baby's bottom. Lately we couldn't find this and started to panic, finally discovered it at just one store and thankfully now here at Drugstore.com. If you can't find something elsewhere you can always find it here, YIPPEE! As for staining, only if you use a washcloth, just don't use your decorative ones. We use loofa 'Puffs' and you only need a little bit to go very far. the scent is nice, but how your skin feels is incredible, I just can't say enough about this product. I hope they never discontinue making it or we'll be in trouble. I read a couple of negative reviews on this item but I have to disagree, doesn't clog my drain, dirty my tub, nothing. Just silky, soft, moisterized skin. And BTW, my husband and I are allergic to many soaps and have to be very careful, this one we have had no problem with. Awesome product, you need to try it and feel how soft your skin is an hour later. I don't even use moisterizer anymore!

WHOA !! I loved this product. Felt great, lots of lather and then I found out the one MAJOR problem with it. It stained every washclothe I used it on. No amount of detergents, bleach, stain removers, soaking in hot, soaking in cold water or even using hydrogen peroxide will remove the pink stain from the washclothes. Has ruined them all. DO NOT BUY unless your clothes are raspberry colored.

I use this to shave with and it works great. I have a silky smooth shave afterwards and dont have to put lotion on after which is a plus because, my legs break out if i put lotion on them after shaving. Don't waste your money with the gels dedicated for shaving...they are a rip off. The only bad thing about body ribbons is that you have to rinse very good. I rinse out my loofa and use it to rinse off too. You dont have to use very much at all either.

I seldom use this as an all-over body wash. Instead, I use it in place of shaving cream and love it, particularly for delicate areas. It results in significantly less pain and irritation verses regular shaving cream or soap.

I love many Olay products but this one I and my daughter broke out in a rash and my arms itched
like crazy, I tried it 3 times so I was sure it
was the body wash that was causing it, It was the
only new thing i'd tried and it happened quickly
after using it!

at first use I really liked it, my skin felt nice and silky smooth but after a while I was coming out of the shower feeling really clammy, it left residue around my tub and it was clogging my drain too.
