I just finished my last treatment 2 nights ago and my skin still feels as smooth as when I was still using the treatment. There is a bottle of serum that comes with the treatments to be worn during the day and after the treatments are done and perhaps that is what is maintaining the results. It was not a fun 5 nights, putting that cold, clammy mask on but there were no other negative effects. And it was entertaining to my husband and daughter, to see me in that silly mask. It was not itchy and did not cause my sensitive skin any other discomfort. There is a lot of excess serum left in the package that the mask comes in, so I used the excess to rub on my neck and back of my hands. Once you use the mask, use the residue in the packet for an additional treatment. Just work in the left over cream next time you wash your face. Helps the product last longer. Best Uses Comments about Olay Professional Pro-X Intensive Firming Treatment Kit, 1 kit: I used this Kit as directed and found that after Day 3 there was a slight difference in skin texture; skin was brighter, younger looking but ONLY FOR approx 12 HOURS. After Day 5, continued use of Skin Tighteing Serum, my skin broke out and I now realize how old my skin is looking. Needless to say, I wont be using this Kit again. There is so much serum that I just put the mask back in the foil pack and resue the next night and continue until the serum is gone. I try to warm up the packet before i apply mask so isn;t so cold. My only real complain is that I cannot find anywhere instructions on how often should this be used. Obviously once a night for the mask but then when the five are used how long does one wait until they can use it again. It was very easy to use. I have used Olay Pro X products and I generally love them all, but this one was very disappointing, and high priced for the amount of product. I will definitely not purchase this product again. The second time, I placed the unopened packet in hot water before applying and it wasn't so cold. I leave it on a bit longer than they say, but it is so relaxing. When I remove it, I take the mask and rub any remaining product on my neck, chest, arms etc., and I definitely feel a smoothness afterwards.
