I am now 50 and have entered that phase of life where facial hair has become more noticeable. Have tried waxing, but it left little red bumps. I then tried this product by Olay and it was easy to use and actually worked. However, after about three days when I ran my hand over the area it kind of had a sandpaper feel due to fine hairs coming back in, but after a few more days it was just soft barely noticeable normal facial hair. It has been two weeks and everything still looks good. I will use again in another 2-3 weeks.

I have used all the other brands of hair removers and especially the ones for sensitive skin. This is the best. It has the skin protector to apply first and the hair remover doesn't even smell bad like the others. It removes the hair and leaves my skin silky soft but I have very sensitive skin and this does not irritate. I first bought it at the store and then for some reason couldn't find it and I was so glad I checked drugstore.com. I will never use anthing else.

I'm a first time user to facial hair removal because I had to finally come to my senses that it was definitely needed.
I used this product that was recommended by a friend and it definitely did the job.

Application time frame is approximately every other week which I can bare with.

My skin is extremely sensitive and I did not have one break out at all using this product.

I choose using this product refusing to do waxing on my face anymore, how can waxing not be harsh and damaging to the skin? and further aging the skin? this product leaves my skin soft and regrowth is soft and subtle. ONLY use it with the balm included.

When I have used hair removal creams in the past I have had alot of irritation. I had no irritation at all with this product. My lip and chin have a mix of peach fuzz and course hairs. I found that a few of the course hairs were still there after 7min. So I reapplied protectant and just did those areas for a few more minutes and they removed fine also. Pleasantly surprised at the results.

I was surprised to see all the negative comments about this product, so I thought I would throw my own 2 cents in to be fair to it. I happen to really like it. As a matter of fact, I don't think I've ever been disappointed with any Olay product. With that said, maybe it's because I don't have course hair, just a little "darker than I care for" peach fuzz on my upper lip (darn Italian genes.) Anyway, the only drawback I've found is that it can be a little harsh (keep in mind I use the light-medium version.) To be safe, (especially if you have sensitive skin,) I would follow the directions on the box and test a small amount on your arm and wait for 2 days to see if you have a reaction. Also- I would not use this product too close to any type of situation where you will be facing the public. Save using this for a laying around the house all day type of day, in case of any redness.

I am 49 years old and am finding that facial hair is becoming more and more of an issue. I would have my upper lip waxed when I would have my brows waxed but then I found my chin and beard area needed it. It was getting expensive. I tried No! No! and not sure I gave it a fair shot but did not like it at all. I tried this and was hesitant after seeing some reviews but desperate to have an at-home treatment. I really liked it! And was surprised how quickly and easy it was.
