I've spent a lot of money on higher-end products and I always end up going back to Olay. This is by far the best. I'm blonde, blue eyes, fair skin and late 40's. Sun damaged of course. I've been using this for 3 weeks and am seeing lessened dark spots, healthier cell turnover and all around tighter feeling. This stuff works! Pros

As a moistrurizer it works well - it moistrurizes your skin, but I don't see any improvement in skin texture or any noticable change. Also there is one thing i want to let you know - it leaves white residuals on your face which you have to remove with facial tissue. For that reason, I won't recommend it. Comments about Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 Moisturizing Vitamin Complex, Fragrance Free, 1.7 fl oz: Since I switched to Olay Total Effects as a moisturizer a couple of weeks ago (from Bare Escentuals' daily moisturizer), my skin texture has improved and the breakouts have nearly cleared up! My skin is very sensitive to fragrance, and as I age (I'll be 50 in a few months!) my skin texture is getting pretty ragged, but I have had no negative reactions to this product, and my skin texture is improving. I HIGHLY recommend this product to someone looking for an every day moisturizer. Pros

Comments about Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 Moisturizing Vitamin Complex, Fragrance Free, 1.7 fl oz: My face is very sensitive to fragrance and other irritants so I tried this product with hesitation, but with hope, after reading other reviews. I must say I am very pleased with this product! It does a good job providing daily moisture to my skin without feeling greasy or heavy. I don't know if it will be enough moisture for the winter months, so I will have to wait and see, but for the majority of the year I think it will be just fine. My skin has not broken out after 2 weeks of twice daily use, so I think it will be just fine.
