It contains mineral oil, so therefore you will have some sort of film or coating-whether on your body or in the shower. The remedy: Clean your shower more frequently! I know that some people do not like to have to clean their shower or tub often, however, you have to pay some sort of price for moisturized skin. Secondly, if you know you live in a humid area where you do not necessarily need this amount of concentration of oil and moisture-don't buy it. It is as simple as using your brain. Thirdly, know that it is not a shower mousse or a shower gel. It is infused intensely with lots of oil amd moisture-which makes it great for those with extemely dry skin or eczema. I live in Arizona where the sun alone will zap you-both in the winter and summer. This is great for this type of weather. I would not recommend this as a shaving lotion because of the oil will dull and cake your razor- this is particulary common sense though. It moisturizes well but the scent is atrocious. It smells like a cheap musky men's cologne. The texture is also a little stange. Not creamy and not mouse like. Using just a couple of small dabs on a mesh puff produces enough lather to clean skin effectively yet not create a residue on the shower stall. If it didn't work so great, I would keep looking for another body wash. OK, admittedly, I sometimes try another cheaper brand, because this costs more than I want to pay.
