Some other reviewers have complained about a "filmy" residue left on their skin. I don't know about that, but when I get out of the shower after using this product my skin feels soft like I put a fast-absorbing lotion on, not oily or waxy. However, I like the feeling of most lotions on my skin and dislike the "squeaky clean" feeling Ivory and other harsh bar soaps make my skin feel, so I'm sure it's a personal preference. The smell of this body wash is a little... girly and can be overpowering in the shower, but there's only a hint of it on your skin afterwards. The lather is nice and rich at the beginning, but doesn't last for a long time like some body washes. Overall, I like this product so far (have only been using it for a few weeks), and even though I wish I could believe the "younger looking skin" claims I don't have my hopes up and didn't expect anything when I bought it. It smells nice, and is like most soaps, shower or bar, I've used in that it's great for the first 10 minutes out of the shower. Then my skin dries out and gets really tight-especially my calves. This is very moisturizing, more than other washes, and feels luxurious. But OMG, the smell! It lingers too, even after applying other moisturizer(not because I needed it, was just trying to drown out THAT SMELL) and perfume.
