Bought this during a Natural Sale, just to try....
Love it! My 5th grader absolutely loves how it clears her sinuses - not just for colds but during allergy season as well. She doesn't like medicines as she usually refuses to admit she's sick, but this she'll use.

This thing is fantastic, although the results are very temporary. It feels as if it opens up and clears my nasal passages. It makes me feel instantly refreshed (even as if it wakes me up!) and the fact that it's all natural is great! If you inhale too deep or long, it may make your eyes water and your nose burn - but it's just a matter of controlling how deeply you inhale. I would absolutely buy this again and recommend it to anyone suffering from cold/allergy symptoms.

This is great for clearing out your nasal passages, especially during allergy season, or if you have been recently exposed to an airborne allergen. It would probably work just as well for the common cold in clearing out the nasal passages. It's also nice that it can be used as often as needed without causing any harm. Love this product.

Great for nasal and sinus congestion and headaches caused by allergies, colds, sinus infections, etc. I have chemical sensitivity so this is a great product for me since it has all natural ingredients. This is my "go to" product.

This product works just as well as the Vicks variety. Has more of a peppermint/euculiptous smell then the menthol Vicks brand. Nice plus is that it is made in USA using a Swiss formula instead of being made in Mexico as the Vicks brand.

This is the best inhaler I've used. It soothes immediately and opens nasal passages without being too strong. Very effective.

have a lot of allergies, and this is better than the Vick's i have used before. it does not sting, and the smell is more pleasant. i still have to use my arsenal of allergy preventives, loratidine, Zicam, Bioallers (new to me and working well!), sometimes benedryl, throat spray, menthol rub.

Olbas inhaler and I have been partners in health for over a decade! I keep one in the medicine cabinet and one at home so I always have access to it. It's best to replace it every one to three years, as it instructs on the package, so it stays potent and effective. It refreshes me like no other inhaler or nasal product - I'm not sure how the herbs work exactly, but they feel intensely cooling to the point that sometimes the inside of my nose will feel wet (though it's not). I suffer from allergies and asthma, and lately dry air and sinus trouble, and all I use is this Olbas inhaler and an occassional rinse with a neti pot and I feel great. I love having the inhaler with me in my purse - using it in public though is a little off-putting to other people since it looks like a tiny tampon shoved up a nose, but if they knew how good it feels... I think you will be delighted if this is your first time buying and using.
