I have recently read that smelling peppermint can reduce hunger and cravings. This is helpful; time will tell if it really works for that (along with peppermint gum). Even so, this is a great product and one to have on hand for cold season. Very pleasant to use, also, with no drugs going into your system.

I get stuffy without needing medication, this clears me up and it has a cooling effect. I use it regularly

Good for clearing sinus and stuffy nose.
No habituation or side effects.
Also good as a pick-me-up before exercise. Kinda works like peppermint inhalers, but with more decongestant action.
Part of my arsenal against colds and allergies.
Would have given it 5 stars, but some other aroma products are a bit better at relieving congestion.
Much easier to carry to events or on trips than tubes of gel and tins of ointment.

I have been using these for years and years! I do not leave my apartment without one! I use them for indoor and outdoor allergies all year. You can use it as often as needed, with no rebound effect, to get rid of congestion.

This product is great. Works really well. I use it when my sinuses feel congested or when I have a headache, since the mint is good for that as well. I carry it everywhere with me.

This works great on minor colds, but seems to have no effect at all on my allergy symptoms. Its like having a convenient tube of Vicks in a handy little tube.

Wow! I'm so happy I stumbled across this on here. I have a similar Vicks inhaler, and it doesn't hold a flame to this one. Where Vicks is just menthol, the Olbas is menthol, eucalyptus, and mint. My husband has also taken quite a shine to this, and he's always rummaging through my purse for it. I use this along with Motrin and my neti-pot whenever my sinuses are acting up. Try it, you won't be disappointed!
