I gave everyone a tissue, added a few drops on the tissue and placed inside their pillow cases. All had a good nights sleep and felt better the next morning. Finally found it here! wet a washcloth with hot water, sprinkle a few drops of the oil in center, wring it out and carefully cover nose and mouth and breathe in the moisture and the oil and it will clear your sinuses! Provides such relief and is such a pleasant way to be able to breathe again in just a few minutes!
