56 years old, my Dad used it his whole life too. Scent has changed along with the container change. Bring back the round push up and go back to the original formula. Remember what happened with "New Coke"? Guess it's time to start a new family tradition. Can't recommend anymore. Goodbye P&G.

This product is the best I have ever used. When travelling long distances at high velocities, I need something to keep me dry and odor free. No matter who I come against, Old Spice Classic leaves a lasting impresstion of olfactory joy and sets me apart from those who believe lesser anti-perspirsants do any good.

I have used Old Spice since my first days as a teenager...only change I made was from classic original to fresh scent...fresh scent is my favorite...and my daughter noticed = I used original because I couldn't find fresh scent..."Dad, did you change deodorants?" Please keep Classic Fresh Scent!!

What was wrong with the Old Spice round container? I recently purchased 10 of the new original scent deodorant oval containers, thinking they would smell like the "original"--was I wrong! This stuff smells like janitorial floor cleaner and has not even a hint of the original scent. How could P & G have mucked this up this badly????

The product performed well for for me for the past 45 years, but I do not like the new container shape. It is uncomfortable to use. If the round container is discontinued, let me know so I can start looking for another brand.

I've been using Old Spice for 45 years. The old ROUND STICK was, I repeat, WAS the perfect size for travel and everyday use. The new packaging is too big, period. Loyalty has its limits, though, and I plan on switching to another brand simply because Proctor & Gamble discontinued the simple, unfussy, plain, round, deodorant stick. Whatever happened to market researchers? Replaced by bean counters? P& G, listen to your customers. We want the old round stick back, please.

I need to find where I can get the original round stick deodorant. The strange elliptical form repels me. I'm willing to buy a case if I have to. Just tell me where I have to go. I will not use the oval so I'm beginning to adapt and sweat everywhere except the pits!

I've used the Original Old Spice stick for years. I find most deodorants have a strong chemical scent and an unpleasant feel to them. Original Old Spice didn't. The scent was extremely manly and exuded class. Now I find the Original Round Stick has been discontinued and replaced with this. I'm sorry to say, it just isn't the same. For a company that is presenting itself as having the most manliest and classiest products, it seems counterproductive to change one of the oldest and most classic products offered for what appears to be no particular reason. If nothing else, the round sticks were visually distinctive and easy to find on a store shelf. Heck, I can't even find this new version in any stores near me.

At least I've found that it still exists. I've been trying to find it in local stores - so far with no luck. I'll try again with the precise name. It seems strange to me that you would change to an apparently more expensive container when the previous round container is more customer friendly.
