Comments about Olympian Labs Magnesium Citrate, Veggie Capsules, 100 capsules:

This product listing is incorrect. It says there is 400mg per capsule, so I ordered it thinking I'd only have to take 1 or 2 caps per day, but when I received the bottle, it says there's 300mg per 3 capsules. Looks like I'll be taking 6. Wish I would have ordered another product - and that the details were properly represented on this site.

Comments about Olympian Labs Magnesium Citrate, Veggie Capsules, 100 capsules:

If you're looking for a good magnesium supplement, give this a try. The citrate form is absorbed much better than oxide. If you take a daily multi-vitamin, check the label. Chances are it has 200mg - 400mg of calcium w/o enough magnesium for balance. The calcium/magnesium ratio should be at least 2:1, though I find 1:1 works best.
