I bought this on a recommendation since I was experiencing side effects from 20 years of continous usage of OTC allergy meds for year round allergies. I started with one tablet and one OTC allergy med for three days and noticed significant results. I subsequently stopped my OTC med altogether and continued with this. My only complaints, I wish the pills were a smaller size. I do find I have some difficulty swallowing these. And, I have noticed an increase in thirst. Otherwise, these are fabulous!
