Comments about Omron 10 Second Digital Thermometer, Flex Tip, Model MC-343:
The thermometer arrived and appeared to be okay. However, the first time we needed to use it about one week after we received it, we discovered that it did not turn on. The battery cover was loose and there was no way to seat the battery correctly. I wrote to Drugstore.com, but they did not respond with anything but a standard, automated response and did not do anything. Of course, my opinion of the product is poor, but my opinion of the Drugstore.com is even worse.
