Comments about Omron 7 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor, Model BP760, 1 ea:
A friend gave me this monitor a few weeks ago after I mentioned that my BP was borderline at a pharmacy machine. Long story short I set up a doctors appt to check my BP and I brought along the Omron.
Results Omron 159/88 Doctor 147/72 Quite a difference Don't assume that your unit is accurate.Your doc won't mind if you check yours out. Don't assume that you are getting accuracy. You probably aren't.

This is a replacement for our original monitor, also a Omron, same type and model. My son uses it twice a day to monitor his blood pressure and heart rate before taking medications. Very pleased with this product.
Comments about Omron 7 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor, Model BP760, 1 ea:
This is an excellent, accurate blood pressure monitor, but I do have problems with the cuff, maybe I need a smaller one. If the cuff is not perfect on your arm, you will get an error message.
Comments about Omron 7 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor, Model BP760, 1 ea:
Very difficult to apply arm cuff correctly. Exertion required to get it on i'm sure the blood pressure reading is unduly elevated. Omron should make available a soft cuff that is more easily applied. Nearly impossible to apply to the left arm and my cardiologist wants my blood pressure measured on both arms.

I've just used this monitor a few times and I've found it to be a pain! It works great once you get the cuff on your arm. Getting cuff on is the problem for me. Quite different from normal monitors; "Comfort" cuff is very stiff & awkward. I much prefer the old kind.
Comments about Omron 7 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor, Model BP760, 1 ea:
I am taking 3 different blood pressure meds and it's important that I monitor my bp at home. My doctor recommended a cuff device as opposed to a wrist device, since the former is supposedly more accurate. This is easy to use and compares favorably to my doctor's readings. I think it's a great value for the money - particularly since I got it on sale.
