My husband and I have no problem with the bp cuff at the doctor's office, but with home-use machines, the standard cuff is a little too small. This cuff fits us both easily, yet is still short enough for one person to tighten it around their arm all by themselves, with the Omron self-tightening system. The price was low enough that buying this along with a new Omrom bp monitor was still cheaper than buying a lone monitor at the drug store.

My machine works well but the cuff started losing air and the tubing finally split after years of service. It was great to be able to buy a replacement for just the cuff. It works great for my chubby arms and works great for my daughter's skinny arms so I'm very pleased.
