Reall like the 7 day store feature soI can check on progress and set new goals. Starte walking 3,500 seps per day and easily jumped to 12,000, then 16,000 by incorporating more walking in place and walking around the house and yard. I've had other pedometers that have way more features for far less money, but they didn't stand up to daily use. The belt clip is almost useless, but it works fine when carried in the pocket. It appears that it will be very sturdy and last through the daily use I give it. I wish it had some other features like being able to set a goal of steps and have it count down. The aerobic steps feature is nice as it keeps you where you need to be to get any good out of walking. All in all, it's seems to be a good one, just not worth the hype it gets. It's accuracy is well within the 5% it states. Comments about Omron Pocket Pedometer, HJ-112, 1 ea: Had tried to use my old Weight Wathcers pedometer & it was so inaccurate! Did my research & have been nothing but pleased with this pedometer. Easy to set up, easy to read & use any of the features, very easy to wear all day & during rigorous exercise. Love that it even counts your aerobic steps separately. Great for helping me track my physical activity for my weight loss!

While the strap and clip are definitely sturdy, I needed to be replace it once and it was no small feat to purchase another one through the company. All-in-all it's a fantastic product and I bought this one as a back-up. However, this one is smaller in size and the function buttons are different; therefore, I believe it should have been given a different identifying number.

I put it on in the morning and take it off at night. It was easy to set up. I wanted something simple that was also accurate. I did research prior to my purchase and it seemed like Omron was a hit with alot of people.
