Great vitamin for men. I switched over from Centrum, and I like these much better. These smell the same as Centrum and are the same size and shape. They also taste about the same as long as you swallow them quickly. They don't have a coating like Centrum, but it's not very noticeable. I haven't experienced any nausea, but I know a lot of others have. If you're thinking about switching, do it.

I have been taking these for about a year now and I must tell I don't really feel any different or I don't feel any more energetic than I used to. I think it's all psychological.

I researched many vitamins before stopping with One a Day Men's. I have been taking this one for about 2 years now, and have never felt better. As with any vitamin or supplement you take, you need water to deliver it to your body. Those telling of smelly urine, need more water. This vito is tops.

It has a great mix of vitamins and minerals but has the absolute worst taste. At least once a week I just can't get it down because it starts dissolving immediately and is so awful. Take it with OJ or something with strong flavoring and it will be OK. Not good with water!!

The pills themselves are rather large and smell terribly, I also noticed that because of the large amount of different types of supplements in the pills made my urine have a smell to it. Overall, does help to benefit. But would not recommend.
