I couldn't swallow pills for the first 13 and a half years of my life and am now 15. I read all these reviews and saw that everyone said they were large, yes I agree that these are large but for only being able to take pills for the past 2 years I find them very easy to swallow. I also see that people vomit and say that the coating taste bad, from my experience (no vomiting) the pill doesn't taste like anything at all unless it is contained in the mouth for an extended amount of time and it is very slick which helps it to glide down; and the blue dye, well yes it will turn your fingers blue if you hold it too long and will turn your tongue blue under the same circumstance, but if you just put the pill in your mouth and swallow it as intended then you will have no trouble. At my personal discretion the taste is better than most, not much bigger than Centrum or others and is very easy to swallow and it leaves me feeling good and is noticeable by the "white dots" in the fingernail indicating low iron disappearing. No problems, A+.

These pills are bigger than a tylenol for sure, which I expected. They are VERY blue, and will turn the child's mouth blue. My son had no problem swallowing them. He would have been glad to take them everyday, except they made him throw up within 20 minutes of taking the pill. This product has been a total waste of cash. He took them 3 days and 3 days he threw up. He took them with food and at different times, day & night. Don't waste your money.

Great to ensure your son gets a good vitamin start to his day. Easy to take and works like the rest of the One-A-Day brand vitamins do except this one is geared for pre-teens/teens.

This vitamin really upsets my son's stomach-esp. if taken without food. He prefers the one-a-day gummies.

These also made my son vomit. He has no problems swallowing pills, and never complained about the taste, but this vitamin made him sick on several occasions. We tried taking with and without food, and at different times of the day, but it did not make a difference. I was very disappointed.

My 13-yr-old son found these too large to swallow. Therefore, the pill stayed on his tongue for a few second and the blue was all over his mouth and teeth! It was really gross, that the dye comes right off it when it gets moist. I'm returning them.
