It's so fun to be able to take gummies to get your vitamins as an adult. They taste pretty good too, besides a slight acidic taste. Some gummy vitamins seem a bit more comprehensive, but this one appears to cover the basics.

I do find it unfortunate that they use artificial red dye #40. I've read lots of bad things about this ingredient. So, why use it in a product that many people use with the hopes of improving their health.

Overall, though, I think this is a good product.

Vitamins break down when you heat them up. When you heat up the gummy mixed with the vitamins the vitamins break down and are rendered useless. I heard about some small company that makes jelly beans with vitamins that gets around this problem...

These are great! They taste great, are easy to take and are very easy on the stomach. Typical vitamins make me nauseated, these do not PLUS I feel like I am getting a little treat when I take them! This is the first vitamin I've ever tried that I had no problem remembering to take daily. My only problem is that I'd really like to eat the whole bottle instead of 2 which is a serving.
