I have been taking these vitamins for about 3 weeks and have noticed significant weight loss (I'm also eating less, so I'm sure it's a combination). The first week of taking them I was feeling nausea for about 10 minutes in the morning (before eating or taking the pill). Don't know if it had to do with the pill or not. Since then, I've eaten breakfast about 15 minutes after getting up and take the pill w/my cereal. I have not felt one drop of nausea since. Maybe it just takes figuring out when is the best time for you to take the pill and eat, and once you get that figured out, things will work out.

I purchased this product a few months ago and tried it out for a few days. I was not able to sleep well due to being so "wired". It got to the point where I would start to cry because my head would be very tired but my body was ready to run a 10K. I think that is too much energy. I am currently trying out the product again. It has been one week and all seems well. I feel that I have enough energy to go to the park after work with my daughter and still cook and clean when we get home. I guess that's a good start. I prefer this pill over the other commercial diet pills that are mostly caffeine. I don't see it as a weight loss pill but instead of a quick "healthy" energy boost. Maybe I should just go to Jaamba Juice.

Comments about One A Day Women's Active Metabolism Multivitamin, 50 ea:

I don't usually eat a real breakfast, just fruit & coffee, so I take all my vitamins after my first real meal (lunch). That's probably why I don't get the nausea other reviewers complain about. I noticed immediately that I don't crash @ 3pm anymore. Some supplements w caffeine make me jittery. This one doesn't. I love it. Hope they don't discontinue it but it's getting harder to find in stores. Think I need to start stocking up.

Comments about One A Day Women's Active Metabolism Multivitamin, 50 ea:

I have experienced nausea with the weight smart, but nothing worse than what I have experienced with other multivitamins. You do have to take it with food, but something I have learned is to not take it immediately after you eat. Let the food digest a little. Mid morning or lunch seems to work best for me. As far as weight loss I have not experienced any, but I do feel more energetic and have not gotten sick since I started taking them.

I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE purchasing.
I was out of my other vitamins and decided to try something different. Within minutes of taking these I threw up and have not felt well all day. Was considering giving them another try, but after reading these reviews, I am with the group who threw them away. They are supposed to help make you feel better not worse. Good luck to those who had no problem with them, but beware and try to get a sample before buying if you have not had these before!

I have been taking multivitamins daily for the past 12 years, and none have made me feel nauseous. No matter how much food I eat with this vitamin, I feel woozy for hours afterwards. I suspect that's where the "weight smart" comes into play... if this supplement keeps you feeling sick to your stomach, then you're less likely to eat! I'd rather use willpower to restrict my calories than feel yucky everyday with this vitamin. Unless you're interested in feeling sick, avoid this vitamin at all costs.

Comments about One A Day Women's Active Metabolism Multivitamin, 50 ea:

I'd give this one star for the nausea it induces with or without food, but the fact is that if you can get past the nausea, it really does seem to speed up the weight loss. There IS a lot of scientific evidence to suggest that EGCG (found in green tea) can lower cancer risk, so I don't believe taking it is a bad thing. I've since switched to Centrum Performance vitamins, which give me a great energy boost and never make me ill, even if I don't take them with food.

Comments about One A Day Women's Active Metabolism Multivitamin, 50 ea:

I am very sensitive to multi-vitamins and this one seems to work for me. I take it after lunch with a full stomach and I don't get nauseous. If you compare it to other One-A-Days, it has some of the highest dosages available, especially B vitamins and Selenium. Haven't noticed any weight loss, this will be my second bottle.

It sounds like some cannot tolerate these vitamins, but after taking them for almost a year I can't imagine not having them. They really curb my hunger and give me all day energy. Do take them with food, and you will notice how great these are!

I've been taking this product for over a year now; I've never experienced nausea after taking it. I'm not too sure about the weight loss part but I have lost 15 pounds since last summer so maybe there's something to it . . . all I know is if I'm taking a vitamin, why not take one with a little extra to help out?

I've been taking these for 1 week and have no adverse effects. Of course TAKE THEM WITH FOOD! That is just common sense. If you take them with breakfast, they do give you a bit of appetite control.
