I take this product every morning just before I eat my breakfast. If I do not eat breakfast with it then it will make me feel sick to my stomach. I have been taking this for a few years now and my energy level is a lot greater than it used to be. I can't say it had a super impact on my weight but it helped a little bit. I was looking more for a good multivitamin.
I tried many multivitamins before this and found that they did absolutely nothing for me. And many still upset my stomach if I didn't eat with them.
My husband takes the same vitamin though and never eats with it - he is fine. I guess it all depends on the person.
It is a little pricey and I am annoyed that I can't find the large bottles (250 or 300) that BJ's used to sell so I have to buy more often, but it's a good vitamin that I am not willing to stop because it costs a little more.

Yes you may indeed be addicted to this vitamin because it contains caffeine! Shame on me for not noticing this before buying. Also, realize the caffeine will negate any calcium benefits.

I have been taking this supplement for 7 months now, I make me feel great and give me that little boost of energy that I need after my workout. I notice whenever I forget to take a pill I feel worn out and sluggish. As far as my weight I have notice with the metabolism support it has contributed to my overall weight loss. I have tried another One A Day that was for mind, body; I felt no different and was tired all of the time, I have to say the metabolism support is a lot better.

Omg I love this vitamin...The only other vitamin i ever took in my life was the regular One A day for women and it wasn't NEARLY as good as this one! first off you have to eat before you take this..you have to eat before you take almost any pill or you will throw up! I am not old by any means but before i was taking this pill i had no energy! i have been taking this pill for 2 weeks now and i feel like a different person! LOLLLL I normally hate to exercise I have not been able to stop..and i notice i can barely sit still for long as well..another thing anyone who is addicted to coffee and is trying to quit or cut down...i would seriously consider this vitamin as a way to help with that! there are days when i don't even notice i haven't had coffee and i was ADDICTED..honestly i love this vitamin! I didn't know a little vitamin could make me feel so AMAZING!

Don't know if it's the best vitamin but it contains a lot of what I am looking for. I have to eat something before I take it or I will get nauseous but that's just me. If you have a sensitive stomach I would recommend eating something first.

I have only used the product for a short amount of time, and everything is great. I dont feel any difference just yet though.While the vitamins are great.... i do have one big negative!! I went to my local [...]nd found the item on sale for[$]...even the regular price was cheaper then drugstore.com price. So i feel ripped off right about now!!!
