I didn't read the label before I took this vitamin. I wondered why my stomach hurt and I felt awful. Read the ingredients and there on the label it says "this product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee." If I want caffeine, I'll drink coffee. Don't want it it my daily vitamins. What a terrible product marketing itself as a one a day vitamin.
