Warnings
Do not use if expiration date has passed. Use within 6 months of opening test strip vial.
Each test strip contains: Glucose oxidase (Aspergillus niger) > 0.08 IU; ferricyanide > 22ug; other ingredients (buffer, etc.). The test strip vial contains a drying agent.

So far, these strips require the least amount of blood to work. However, the first time I used a strip, I received an error on the meter. Be careful! You don't want to waste these strips because they are over $1.00 apiece!! Very expensive. These are the most expensive test strips I've purchased. And they are more reasonable here at Drugstore.com!!

Works well providing you sample enough blood. Very easy to use. The price each is a bit high. If you don't sample enough blood then you burned up X.XX. Too bad they can't come up with a re-usable strip.

This product (along with the monitor) does exactly what it says. It's simple to use, with very little blood. The read out is large and it keeps records for you. I would recommend this feature for a person 65+. The easy strips and low blood amount of blood required also make it ideal for children. My kids would become upset when I would test with the other system. This one makes things more relaxed. As they say: "It costs a little bit more
