These do not fit the lancing device that comes with the ultramini glucometer (these are big and white and the ones you need are smaller and light blue). Maybe it's just that the new meters need so little blood, but using the adjustable "stick" depth on my meter, I hardly feel these needles, and still get the tiny drop of blood necessary.
