Consistant use truly brings hot flashes and night sweats under control. Take just as product recommends and Oona takes effect much quicker than Estraven or any over the counter remedy. It is very hard to find anywhere, and I will not be without oona. Take it from someone who was sweating up an uncontrollable pool all times of the day and night.I do not like to take a simple aspirin but will not be without this product

I think Oona works - if I take it as directed. The problem is remembering to take it 3 times per day. I would prefer taking it once per day in a large enough dose to last 24 hours but that does not seem to be an option. I work long hours and travel a lot so don't stop to think about taking supplements while I am running around doing things. And by the time I get home and unwind, I often am too tired to think about taking supplements. Maybe I can develop a routine for taking it in a timely manner.

I'm 51 years old and I have been suffering with hot flashes, night sweats and insomnia since August 2010. Two weeks ago I discovered Oona at the Vitamin Shoppe and decided to try it. The black cohosh drops I was taking weren't doing any good, but I thought I'd give your product a try because 1) it also included chaste berry which I know is helpful for the symptoms I was having and 2) it was the first product I've seen that actually says "for menopause" and gives a dosage regimen. After 4 days of taking the supplement as instructed, I was free of all the symptoms that I mentioned! The icing on the cake is that I have also regained my sex drive, which has been virtually non-existent for the last 10 years, and my natural lubrication has been regained. It's like I'm 20 years younger, and both my husband and I couldn't be more pleased!

I just started taking OONA two days ago and I swear, my hot flashes and night sweats have diminished tremendously. I have tried several over the counter remedies and this is the only one that has worked so fast and works at all!
I am so thankful to have found your product and would highly recommend it.

Oh, and if you post this, please let the women know that my menopause was surgically induced which means it can be two times worse if it was natural; that's how well your product works!

I was having the most awful hot flashes with this menopause nonsense and a friend recommended this to me. I cannot thank her enough! This stuff works. Take as directed and you should see results.
I'm sure this won't work for everyone as herbs react differently for each person but this stuff was a lifesaver for me. Just don't skip your maintenance doses or you'll have to start over again.

I was having having heavy menstrual bleeding and cramps for the first time in my life. I was taking Pamprin for the first time ever for the cramping. Told I was perimenopausal. Started taking taking Oona after doing some investigating on my own and I cannot believe how effective it has been. The heavy bleeding and cramping have stopped, my period is like it was before I entered perimenopause.

I was really out of sorts, not knowing what was happening to me. My doctor told me that I was perimenopausal. I tried HRT and it made me feel worse. Not knowing what to do, I looked on this site for a product that had excellent reviews. I then spoke with my sister who was going through the samething and we both decided to give OOna a try. Amazing product! We both would not be without it. Take as directed and consistently and you will be amazed. I have been using OOna for 7 months and am still amazed by how well it works. Really eliminates hot flashes and my moods are on an even keel. If I feel my self slipping, I just take an additional OOna tablet and it helps everytime. Try it!

I take this as directed for about 4 weeks with no problem, Suddenly I take it one morning and sick to my stomack. Not sure if it was the oona so the next day I'm feeling all better and I take it again. Once again intestinal distress...irritable bowel, it was terrible for about 5 days!! Won't take this again!!
Initial serving size: 2 tablets, 3 times a day until symptoms subside.
Permanent serving size: 1 tablet, 3 or 4 times a day.
It may take up to 10-14 days to feel the effects, at which time you should switch from the initial to the maintenance serving size. For best results take regularly as directed.
