I was doubtful about the effectiveness of this product, but it does what it claims.

I'm 53 and had honestly thought I was going to skate through the Big M without hot flashes. That is, until about 2 months ago when I began waking up in the middle of the night and throwing the blankets off of me. Then 2 min later I'd be covering up again, because my room was really quite cool. I'm a good sleeper, so this nonsense of waking up several times a night was not going over well.
I suffered through it for about 3 weeks and then I knew I had to take action. I'd had my eye on Oona previously, in anticipation of possibly needing it in the future...well the future had just jumped up and slapped me in the face.
I began taking it as directed, but quickly slacked off the mid-day dose. Just kept forgetting it. But I did take it every morning and evening and after about 2 weeks I was able to sleep through the night once again. I did wake up with a 'flash' a couple of times last week, but that is a huge improvement compared to what I was experiencing prior.
My supply is running low so I HAVE to re-stock soon. I NEVER want to be without Oona again.

And one additional plus in my book is that the pills aren't too big. I have trouble swallowing pills, but these are small enough to go down easy.
Would I recommend it to a friend? I already have.

I'm 51 years old and I have been suffering with hot flashes, night sweats and insomnia since August 2010. Two weeks ago I discovered Oona at the Vitamin Shoppe and decided to try it. The black cohosh drops I was taking weren't doing any good, but I thought I'd give your product a try because 1) it also included chaste berry which I know is helpful for the symptoms I was having and 2) it was the first product I've seen that actually says "for menopause" and gives a dosage regimen. After 4 days of taking the supplement as instructed, I was free of all the symptoms that I mentioned! The icing on the cake is that I have also regained my sex drive, which has been virtually non-existent for the last 10 years, and my natural lubrication has been regained. It's like I'm 20 years younger, and both my husband and I couldn't be more pleased!

Follow the directions on the usage to make this product effective. It will take about to boxes to fell a difference. Whats great, Its all natural!

I just started taking OONA two days ago and I swear, my hot flashes and night sweats have diminished tremendously. I have tried several over the counter remedies and this is the only one that has worked so fast and works at all!

I am so thankful to have found your product and would highly recommend it.

Oh, and if you post this, please let the women know that my menopause was surgically induced which means it can be two times worse if it was natural; that's how well your product works!

I think Oona works - if I take it as directed. The problem is remembering to take it 3 times per day. I would prefer taking it once per day in a large enough dose to last 24 hours but that does not seem to be an option. I work long hours and travel a lot so don't stop to think about taking supplements while I am running around doing things. And by the time I get home and unwind, I often am too tired to think about taking supplements. Maybe I can develop a routine for taking it in a timely manner.

My wife's hot flashes are greatly reduced but still has one a day. They came back when she quit so she's back on it.

I was having the most awful hot flashes with this menopause nonsense and a friend recommended this to me. I cannot thank her enough! This stuff works. Take as directed and you should see results.

I'm sure this won't work for everyone as herbs react differently for each person but this stuff was a lifesaver for me. Just don't skip your maintenance doses or you'll have to start over again.

I am more than pleased with Oona; I had tried every natural product and nothing worked -- I suffered for over two years until this product was recommended by staff at Lassen's. Within three weeks my hot flashes stopped and now I have none!

I was having having heavy menstrual bleeding and cramps for the first time in my life. I was taking Pamprin for the first time ever for the cramping. Told I was perimenopausal. Started taking taking Oona after doing some investigating on my own and I cannot believe how effective it has been. The heavy bleeding and cramping have stopped, my period is like it was before I entered perimenopause.
