They didn't ease the itching and made my eyes even redder after application. For eyes that are already irritated this product just made it worse. I don't recommend this to anyone. I try not to use drops with an antihistamine due to my eyes becoming dependent on the antihistamine...BUT for occaisional alergies, this is the best stuff. My opthamologist gave it to me so that I could try before buying. (He also reminded me that my eyes could become dependent over a period of time.) Give it a try!!!
