Used as directed it strengthens with a great matte finish that leaves a great look. Nails look smooth, buffed and healthy without looking "painted"...all while it improves nail strength. Haven't tried over a color yet, but would imagine it would have a great look too.

I use the product almost every day. I have never found a better nail strengthener that looks nice and natural. All other nail strengtheners make my nails split and weak. This product is far superior to any other product I have ever used.
To strengthen natural nails, apply two coats of Matte Nail Envy, followed by one coat every other day. Complete instructions enclosed. Excellent for men, and as a base coat under nail lacquer!
