This color is a bright pinky-coral, definitely a summer color.
Bright but not quite neon; maybe too "young" of a color for me.
It's a shade darker than the dot on the screen. I think I'm sending it back, but you decide for yourself. Hope this helps!

color chart shows a pink, um this is more of a coral pink, it is soft pigment and a true flat paint nail polish vs a frost or shimmer.

I'm a bit picky about nail polish, especially buying it online - which is where I buy everything. This is the perfect pink. It is not pastel, but not dark, not too bright, not too shiny but not matte either, not at all frosted or sparkly. It is bright enough that it is the perfect summer pink but not so bright that I'm too old to wear it, at almost 40 yrs old. I love that it's not frosted, because although I will wear frosted polish or pearlized, I want a description to say that it's frosted or pearlized or glittery or sparkly or metallic, if that is the case - so the fact that it isn't any of those, means the description isn't wrong - which it sometimes is - especially with OPI who never distinguishes it's polishes by description and many times the name tells you absolutely nothing about the color and you can't really depend on the color sample on your monitor, even when your monitor tends to be accurate with other things like clothes...ANYWAY, the perfect medium pink, it's my 2nd bottle and I have never finished a bottle of polish before. It lasts at least a week on toes and a bit less on fingers. One coeat will do in a hurry because it is not sheer and not thin and the brush does not DRAG your color from the bottom. where you put it is where it stays. Two coats is solid, long lasting and less likely to chip or wear at the tips. It also takes well to heat - I say this because I paint my nails outside in the sun most of the time and the polish is the same whether my manicure takes 10 minutes for filing or 40 minutes of a full manicure before painting. It doesn't get gloppy or thick, the next time you go to use it, it is the same as the first time, the repeated sitting in the sun with the bottle does not cause the polish to deteriorate or change in any way. So for those of you who keep polish in the car or in your purse etc, it won't be an [$] throw away if you leave it there by accident. All around quality polish - I do not say this about all OPI polishes, just this OPI polish.Now If only I could find the perfect red!
