After going to two different doctors, both of them recommended this product. The second doctor, who is my current doctor says that it's the best product to-date. I'd take his word for it. He's been in the industry for over 30 years and he's a really brilliant man! When I'm not doing anything too strenuous (like spending time in a room where it's really dry and filled with smoke), my contacts stay comfortably moist all day. There is a subtle white line on the...Read complete review The last time I bought this, I noticed that even though the bottle is a 12 oz sized bottle, there is only 10 oz of liquid. There is a subtle white line on the side of the box that says "fill line," which indicates how far they actually fill each bottle. The only reason to sell it to you in a 12 oz bottle is to make you think you are getting more. I find this completely disingenuous and I don't plan to buy this product again. It costs more than a 12 oz. Renu. Opti Free pretends to have a price comparable to Renu, but you are getting 20% less product! Best Uses Comments about Opti-Free RepleniSH Multi-Purpose Disinfection Solution, Value Pack, 2 ea: My doctor gave me this product to cleanse my monthly contact lenses. After about 1 month, I developed a terrible allergic reaction to it. The whites of my eyes were completely blood shot and hurt. I think that there are way too many chemicals in this solution. I switched over to Clear Care which only uses hydrogen peroxide to disinfect and remove protein. It works like a charm and my lenses feel even cleaner than they did with this solution. If you're having a similar problem like I had, try Clear Care instead. I hope this helps somebody! Pros

I've been using Replenish for years because my contacts seem to hold the saline solution really well and I notice a difference if I ever had to use a different saline solution. Pros

He told me it is the only contact solution that contains a wetting agent to help with contact lens dryness/irration. I am wearing a silicone hydrogel lens and it is the only solution that is approved for silicone lens. It does a much better job cleaning and disinfecting than the other solutions on the market. Pros
