As a vegetarian, I'm always looking for ways to get more protein. This is a good one.
At 26grams and only 250 calories, it makes a good snack or meal replacement.
It's chewier than you might expect, which is good because I didn't eat it in about 15-seconds. It has a good vanilla flavor and little marshmallow-y bites.
My kids would probably like it as well because it's a little sweeter than I like. But it made a nice breakfast this morning. A change of pace from my usual oatmeal.
