Comments about Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy, Fruit Fusion, .6 lb:
For years and year I used to workout between 5 and 6PM. Now I my job got me working extended hours and I had to move my workout to 6AM. It was very difficult and my muscles felt "asleep"! With this product, I felt energetic and it was easy to workout. It doesn't pump the muscles as much as other N.O. brands (but it does to a good extent), but ON is a brand that I trust and I hope the reason for no extra pumps is that they are not adding hidden ingredients. Anyway, my goal was the energy and not the extra pump.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Mix two scoops of Essential Amino Energy in 10-12 oz of cold water.
