Comments about Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey, Double Rich Chocolate:
First time using this product. Tastes good, not chalky. Mixes easily in a shaker cup. I mix it with milk and have 3 shakes a day preferably after a meal. I alternate with Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein shakes due the slower absorption rate. Two per day, mixed the same way as the Whey - also tastes great but slightly thicker. Drink them both fast. Should have bought the larger size. This is THE best selling Whey protein at [@].
