The best protein supplement I've ever used as far as noticeable gains when using it versus not using it, grams of protein per scoop, a clear break-out of everything else that's in it, mixability, and taste. First tried it May '11, impressed from the start - been cycling on and off since then since I treat it like a creatine supplement over a protein supplement. Whey only when off-cycle. It has basically everything you need to build muscle for a post-workout supp and is highly effective.
