Rinse with Orajel, brush then Tom's of Maine Basking Soda rinse afterward to finish. Recommended by dentist to keep gums healthy.

I continue to use this product and find that it actually helped my gums that had receded. The gum line acually grew back some. I use the product everyday, rinsing before bedtime. Also, compared it to other rinses on the market and this worked the best. Highly recommended rinse and no prescription needed.

i bought this product from another online source, it works like a charmbefore i bought this product i would see tiny amounts of blood in my spit after brushingand my gums ached really badly...but after using this for 2 and a half weeks it seems that my teeth have gotten stronger and gums no longer ache and looks like the bleeding stoppedFYI i recommend this product, just make sure its not Expired because expired ones might inhibit microscopic organisms.CHECK THE DATE on which it Expiresit looks something like this on the bottom bottle3/12that indicates the end of march on the year of 2012.

From time-to-time, I bite my tongue or cheek while sleeping. During the healing process, I avoid regular toothpastes and mouthwashes because they cause very painful burning.
I usually use Bioteen, with very good results. I thought I'd give this product a try but it burns as much as any regular mouthwash – maybe more. I'll stick with Bioteen.

I think this helped my gums. But, it has a weird taste, not minty, but more like a very sweet rootbeer taste (really weird, and not what I want in a mouthwash). Also, it stained my teeth. Alot. And, it is quite expensive for the amount you get. I will not purchase again.
