A small amount under my tongue lasts for hours during sleep. This is the only product (and I have tried them all) that is consistently effective for dry mouth.

This is the best tasting moisturizing gel. It's a little pricey, but cheaper than some others. I use it every night.

After a bout with neck cancer--surgery, cemo, and radiation--my salivary glands were fried. This product is the only one that I have found that actually helps with dry mouth. I cannot find it any longer in stores so when I found this online I was very excited. I couldn't live without this product!

Using Orajel Mouth Moisturing Gel at night prevents morning "sand paper" tongue. Helpful at work when sips of liquid are unavailable. It's sugarfree and tastes good. It lasts longer and does a better job than Hall's Refresh Sugar Free Candy. Ingredients safe, no additives As a nurse I'm recommending it to all my patients with dry mouth.

I suffer from dry mouth and use this product daily, and keep it at my bedside. I have tried the other brands and for me this is the best, and it isn't as pricey.

This is without question the best product I've found for the relief of dry mouth. It doesn't last long, but nothing can replace saliva's ongoing natural moisturization of the mouth. My only complaint is that it costs too much for what it is and the quantity in the tube. For anyone with chronic dry mouth, it's a great expense over time. Must be grateful for what we have though!

Orajel Drymouth Moisterzing Gel works very well to ease my drymouth caused by medications. I re-order whenever I run low on this product.

I do wish Orajel did not discontinue the Moisterizing Spray, however.
I did like that.
