Comments about Orajel Maximum Strength Gel Oral Pain Reliever, .42 oz:
It starts to work immediately, but it's best to apply with a q-tip, otherwise it'll spread through your entire mouth. The numbness only lasts minutes, so I only use it right before I eat something really cold or really hot. I give it 5-10 minutes tops before the numbness starts to wear off and the pain returns.
Do not use if tube tip is cut prior to opening. Cut open tip of tube on score mark.
Adults and children 2 years and older - Apply a small amount of product to the cavity and around gum surrounding the teeth. Use up to 4 times daily or as directed by a dentist or doctor.
Children under 12 years - Should be supervised in the use of this product.
