this is a very good item, but not the best. glide use to make a better one which was stronger and easily went down between my tight teeth. This one has too much give; it's too flexible; not as sturdy. Thus, I have a some trouble getting it down the back teeth. I have to push down really hard. This is why I can't give it 5 Stars. But it's the best I can find.

After being caught with no floss or way to get a popcorn seed out of my teeth when I was at a friend's house one day, it finally clicked in my head that I should buy a product of this nature. I'm really glad I did. I keep three of them (in a little plastic bag) in my purse at all times, and the rest of the bag stays at my home office desk, where I sit constantly. I find myself reaching for them at my desk daily. I do floss at night w/ regular dental floss, but this is perfect for a quick, but thorough, cleaning after lunch or a snack. I will say, they are a little uncomfortable to use between my back teeth, but I have very tight teeth (almost no space in between them) & a small mouth in bone structure, so that may be why. Or maybe I'm just not that great at flossing fully enough at night. In any event, these are terrific for getting a not-so-fun chore done, and work fast. I've never had thread break yet, and my tight teeth put a lot of pressure on them. I DO wish they had a nice mint or cinnamon flavor, which is the only thing I'd change about them. They will not eliminate bad breath, and for me, I still feel a need for gum or a mint after a meal for freshness.

This is hands down the best brand of floss stick available on the market in terms of durability, flexibility and gentleness. It is very hard to find these in regular pharmacies -- even the big ones in NYC -- so I was thrilled to find them here and doubly thrilled that they were on special as they can be pretty pricey otherwise. I have highly recommended these to friends and family in the past and I have pointed them to this site in the hopes that they will catch them on special too!

My family of four all love these Glide Floss Picks, and we buy a several month supply at a time. They have just the right angle to get to all teeth without having to stick your hand in your mouth. The Glide floss makes them slide easily between teeth so they do not get stuck. We have tried all of the other plastic flossers available in stores, and they just don't compare to these. We can no longer find these Glide Floss Picks in the stores, so we have to order them online. It is worth it to plan ahead and order these!

Up until I bought these, I hated flossing my teeth. The spaces between my teeth are very tight and traditional floss (even Glide) would get stuck, shred, and cause a lot of frustration and bleeding. These floss picks changed all that. Having the right tool for the job makes flossing easy and even FUN. Now I am flossing twice a day for the first time in my life and my teeth have never looked better. Also, because one pick will handle my whole mouth, the cost-per-use makes these a great value. Highly recommended!

I love not having to put my hands in my mouth. I can effectively floss my teeth in less than one minute. Never an excuse that you don't have enough time! Just like my toothbrush, I rinse and re-use them until they break.
