I didn't look closely enough at the picture. I thought I was buying a regular size brush, no this small one. It actually hurts when used too close to the gum line (where it was intended to be used).

This small, pointed brush, composed of just a few long, stiff bristles, gets between the teeth and under bridgework in a remarkable way for cleaning and stimulating circulation in those difficult areas. The design allows you to manage this, even way in back, pretty easily. I think it might be better at this than those long-handled interdental things your dentist gives you.

Surprisingly, it's also very effective at removing coffee and tea stains, which I don't think is emphasized in the advertisements. My teeth now always look as though they've just been to the hygienist!

If you have crooked teeth, then this is for you, and if you can't seem to get behind your back teeth then this is for you. The hygienist says my teeth are cleaner than ever with this device. The downside is the expense....but saving your teeth should be worth it.

My dental hygienist recommended these brushes to get into the areas that a regular toothbrush misses. They do a great job but are hard to find. [...] I like Oral-B.

When I bought my Oral B electric toothbrush the kit had ONE of these tips. I found it very useful for cleaning behind back teeth and front teeth as well as between teeth. The regular brush heads are easily found, but I searched and searched for these tips They are NOT found in any big name stores. I am so glad to have found these at drugstore.com.

This brush is excellent at removing plaque in hard to reach spaces where normal tooth brushes can't reach. For those that consider the brush expensive, consider the cost of plaque build up and tooth loss.
