The brush head is slim enough to get the very hard to reach places in the way back. I feel like I could brush all day with this great product. However, after a month, the part you pop off to put in new batteries was jammed closed because it had accumulated rust. Now, this was not because I didn't keep my toothbrush clean. That actually may have been part of problem. I rinse my toothbrush after each use, then dry it. However, doing that with this toothbrush seems to have rusted shut the battery compartment. After using an old pair of tweezers to scrape off what I could around the battery compartment, I had to have my son hold one end of the toothbrush while I literally pulled on the battery compartment in order to pop the thing off. Once I did that and put in new batteries, I couldn't get the thing to stay closed. I eventually switched to an electric toothbrush that has a charger you plug into the wall. MUCH better. I actually bought it as a replacement for another electric Oral B brush that was nearly four times the cost a number of years ago. I use rechargeable AA NiMH batteries and it easily lasts a few months on one charge, depending on brushing frequency and length of course. I will actually be buying my wife one of these since the battery operated one she picked out has not worked very well for her. Pros

The only thing that I do not like is the replace head is not soft enough for me, I do not know whether there is a softer replace head for the toothbrush. Pros

I'm purchasing as stocking stuffers for family.
