I have braces as an adult. This is what my orthodontist recommends. It keeps my gums in great shape and keeps the braces good and clean. I use it 3-4 times a day.

This is the refill my son's orthodontist recommended for his braces. I could not find this refill at any other store for a reasonable price until I looked on drugstore.com. It happened to be on sale so I bought two.
