It would be nice if you identified which replacement brush heads go with this model. The manner in which heads are displayed gives me no clue as to which brush head I should use. It would be convenient if the model number was on the brush that matches your advertising.

Recently purchased this toothbrush for my husband and I. I read pretty much all the reviews online before buying and must say that it has been a great addition! We absolutely love how clean it makes our teeth feel as well as a noticeable difference in the color of our teeth. As an avid coffee/tea drinker, my teeth, luckily, have always remained fairly unstained. However, I have noticed an extra difference in just a few short weeks. I love it so much I got one for my sister as well. She is also a fan.

Love the options of five different speeds, but so far have been happy with the daily clean setting. I feel it is gentle on the gums on daily clean, but there is also the sensitive option.

For the little extra cost for the 5000 series, love having the smart guide. I like having the timer to see how long I have been brushing. By breaking down your teeth brushing into 4 quadrants, it also pauses after 30 seconds so you know to move onto a new quadrant to brush in your mouth. It works great as a clock in the bathroom which we previously did not have, and having the smiley face appear definitely makes brushing a lot more enjoyable in the morning.

Again, the deep clean that this brush gives is not remotely comparable to a regular toothbrush or the inexpensive electric toothbrushes. (An embarrassing example- one day I completely forgot to brush in the morning after chasing my daughter around and proceeded to have 2 cups of coffee & breakfast. I remembered hours later. Honestly I had to really think hard if I done it...that's how clean my teeth still felt to me!)

Only "con" which really wasn't bad at all were the instructions for setup which came with the brush. The pictures weren't terrible, but definitely some brief wording would have given me back those few minutes trying to figure out what the heck it was saying.

I replaced my 9 year old Oral B electric toothbrush with this one and I've only had it for about 3 weeks.

I really like the little wireless device that comes with this toothbrush. Typically, I'm walking around doing other things while brushing my teeth so to have this to make sure I'm hitting all quadrants in the same amount of time makes my mouth feel "evenly cleaned." Plus, I like the little smiley face.

I also like the battery indicator so I know when I need to plug in again before the toothbrush starts getting weak.

The three piece system works better than expected. The timer works without setting the clock, so don't bother. I love the quadrant notification smiley face. The brush holder allows cleaning and drying after each use, keeping the main unit and the brush clean and dry. I didn't know that I needed this function until I used it. My last brush broke from sticking to the charger with built up paste, that dripped on it, after I thought that it was clean. The Pro5000 is worth every penney.

I have used a Sonicare since it came out. My dentist and hygienist suggested this toothbrush. I was completely happy with my Sonicare. My Sonicare was getting old and I decided to try something new. WOW! I, seriously LOVE the Oral B. I don't think I could go back to the Sonicare. The Oral B blows the Sonicare away!!

I decided it was time to step up my efforts as I got older in the Dental arena. Prior to this purchase I just used manual and battery operated toothbrushes that were inexpensive. My gums have needed some help and it had been suggested an electric toothbrush with circular motion should help. I thought the spin brushes would be enough but I still had bleeding.

I read the reviews and decided to purchase this item. I am glad I did. I also pulled my husband into this purchase. We both love the tooth brush and how easily it gets in the hard to reach places.

I even like the Smart indicator that tells me when to change quadrants. Best of all, my gums have improved so much and do not bleed when flossing. When I am done, my teeth feel clean. My husband has noticed a whitening effect on both of our teeth. I notice his but not as sure about mine. It has only been a few weeks though. Thanks to all the prior reviewers. Without reading you I might not have made this purchase.

Had this for one month and the pressure sensor failed. Basically the red light is ON all the time and the brush slows as a consequence. Contacted customer service for help who requested a receipt. Attached receipt to email and they said they can't open it due to mail security (um, why ask for it then???) and then said I had to pay to send the brush to a service center b/c of the failed pressure sensor. Reassured me multiple times that this shouldnt happen and they are sharing the report. BIG WHOOP. Send me a new dang brush. The thing cost [$] and I used it for 4 lousy weeks.
