Basically the red light is ON all the time and the brush slows as a consequence. Contacted customer service for help who requested a receipt. Attached receipt to email and they said they can't open it due to mail security (um, why ask for it then???) and then said I had to pay to send the brush to a service center b/c of the failed pressure sensor. Reassured me multiple times that this shouldnt happen and they are sharing the report. BIG WHOOP. Send me a new dang brush. The thing cost [$] and I used it for 4 lousy weeks. I plan on buying a smaller brush head because the one it comes with seems a bit too big for me. I love the timer that counts the seconds so that you don't over brush an area. Pros

Using it for the first few times seemed to take FOREVER because I never paid attention to how long I was brushing. I feel like the past 6 months I have been using this, my teeth are cleaner and the smaller brush head allows me to get all the way to the back of my mouth for a cleaner feel. Yes, it's expensive but I feel this brush is worth it in that it cleans better than a regular toothbrush. It lets you know if you are brushing too hard and makes sure that you spend the right amount of time in each section of your mouth. And now I have a clock in my bathroom from the timer that came with this. I was also happy to see that the replacement heads were quite easy to find at a lot of stores. If you can find it on sale buy it!! Pros

My last Oral B toothbrush just wore out - after 15 years of almost daily use! This toothbrush is actually whitening my teeth (I was skeptical of that but it's true) and they do feel just like I left the dentist's office. It's great!  Pros

Trying to REGISTER the thing is glitchy on the website. NOT for a "Quiet" environment, as it can be noisy. Just setting the time can be a real hair puller, until luck intervenes. Overall, thisis a quality machine, but the written directions are abomiable!!!!! Pros

We don't use the timer side clock it came with, but it has 30 second intervals to beep when to change quaderants in mouth. Works great, my teeth feel so much cleaner. The speed adjustments are great too.
