While they seem expensive, more than about [$] for each head, the "on" years using these have resulted in a lot more pleasant dentist experiences for me--not to mention, probably cheeper too with fewer (zero) cavities to fill. My husband is now hooked, and his oral hygiene has improved markedly. I love the battery powered toothbrush that is light blue, it gives indication when each minute has passed, which works well with these heads--not sure if it's available on this site, but I can generally find them at my local "red bulls eye" store. I bought a package of three replacement heads recently and they no longer fit. The drugstore.com website and the product packaging says that these replacement brushheads fit the Braun Professional Care but they no longer fit. There is a plastic part in the bottom of the brush heads that was never there in the other replacement heads I have purchased in the past. This plastic part is too small to allow the replacement head to fit on the Professional Care electric toothbrush. I checked the product packaging and there were not directions on how to remove this plastic piece. I have been unsuccessful in my attempt to remove this plastic piece without breaking the plastic head. I am very dissatisfied. Comments about Oral-B Professional Care Precision Clean Replacement Brush Heads, 3 ea: Since Braun stopped selling brush heads for their electric Pro model I've been using Oral-B's product, which fits perfectly onto the Braun. The latest heads though for some reason are tougher to fit onto the Braun model, very tight, more muscle needed to make the connection but once on they still work just fine.
