The problem for this particular unit is it is not designed (on purpose) for replacing the battery. I got about 3 weeks use before the battery died. I tried replacing the battery, and with a small redesign it coould be done. I won't be buying another Oral-B product. Pros

Two had great battery life well over the 3 months. One battery only lasted a week (everything has lemons) I took it back to the store and they replaced it. I have been a very happy user.
