It's rougher texture scrapes the plaque right off teeth and really helps to keep gums healthy. I try to use it every night and I can really notice in the morning if I don't. It was a little difficult to get used to at first, but then I figured out that it is best to keep the floss taut when you slide it between teeth and then let is slacken a bit when doing the actual floss/scrape motion. Try it and you'll see how unclean your just brushed teeth can be! Pros

It works great at keeping my teeth clean and I have not found any other floss that works even half as well as this.
