I am disappointed because this unit indicates 80 degrees when the temperature is actually 78. I checked it against several other analog thermometers. The inside temperature and outside temperatures both read high by 2 degrees. I see no way to adjust the unit to show the correct temperatures. Don't waste your money on it unless you don't care if it is accurate.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
