After trying other high protein bars I decided to try and find one that is organic. This is the only organic high protein (> 20g protein) bar that I could find. The bar is tasty and the calories are just right for a snack/meal (330/bar). The protein comes from brown rice, which also helps provide variety in protein sources.

Organic Food Bar Protein bars are the best meal replacement bars I've found! I love that they're organic, have 22 grams of protein per bar, and are soy-free. They are very satisfying and the taste is pretty good. I like to eat one on the occasional morning when I don't have time for my usual breakfast. It keeps me going until lunchtime.

I appreciate all of the protein available in the bar. However, from a taste perspective, I don't find this product enjoyable. It is very mushy and leaves a chalky feeling on your tongue. It is not flavorful either. I will finish the box because it does seem to be nutritious and made with natural ingredients, but I definitely won't order again.

As soon as I tasted an Organic Food Bar, I fell in love with it. I am now expanding my bar menu since I found this great Protein bar, with 24 easy to digest organic protein from almonds and brown rice. These are the perfect protein sources, unlike soy that are acid, almonds and brown rice are alkalizing in your body.
