I like having dry milk on hand so that I'm not using up my refrigerator organic milk to make hot cocoa during the cold months. This one is good because I feel that organic dairy is important and the grocery stores only carry non organic dry milk powder. It's also good to have on hand to make a small amount double-strength to use as creamer for coffee. I am hoping to find it for a better price someday.
Add 3 tablespoons Organic Valley Nonfat Dry Milk to 1 cup (8oz) cold water. Stir, shake or blend vigorously. For a richer, thicker taste, use 4-5 tablespoons dry milk to 1 cup cold water. Use Organic Valley Nonfat Dry milk whenever you use milk in cooking or baking.
